Ingredients:
- 200g Ground Chicken
- 10g of Ginger
- A dash of Salt and Pepper
- 1/8 of a Onion
Directions:
1) Fill a pot with plenty of water and put it on the oven on high. Mince onion and ginger. Ginger may also be pureed.2) Mix together ground chicken, minced onion and garlic, and a dash of salt and pepper in a bowl.
3) After mixing, use two spoons to shape into meatballs.
4) Once water in pot has come to a boil drop in meatballs, it's very easy if you go directly from shaping with spoon to dropping them in, and let them boil for about 5~6 minutes. When the meatballs are cooked through they will float to the top. Scoop them out and onto a plate.
The hardest part of this recipe is preventing yourself from eating all the meatballs while you're cooking.
